Advanced blasted acid etched surface treatment

Medical-grade bone meal sandblasted
Use "biocompatible" medical-grade bone meal sandblasting (HA + ß-TCP) is different from the general use of aluminum oxide, titanium bead blasting emery and manner of processing, so there is no residue of aluminum ion release risk, there will not be caused by bone residue particles dissolved problem.
Using micro nozzle to control the bone meal blasting, enabling bone meal by blasting holes in the process of presenting a uniform make the surface area increases.

Etching technology and extremely clean process
ROYAL-DENT R & D team developed by etching recipe, arising to create an appropriate environment, more conducive to control the depth of the implant holes, without causing corrosion of grain without limitation, easier cleaning and no dead ends, in a very clean vacuum after drying, etching fluid may be waived off residual risk of loosening of the implants

High quality of UV laser marking process
